Saalt’s 98% Revenue Surge: A Channel Rebuilt for Scale

The Challenge
When Saalt handed over its Amazon channel to Aisle3 in August 2024, the brand was coming off a stretch of underperformance and needed a full reset. From catalog issues to ad inefficiencies, the channel wasn’t delivering—and Saalt was ready for a more hands-on, strategic partner to unlock its full potential.
The Opportunity
Aisle3 saw an opportunity to build a long-term growth engine by focusing on fundamentals. By optimizing listings, refining ad strategy, and rebuilding operational workflows, we could stabilize the channel and create a repeatable system for consistent, profitable growth.
WHAT WE DID
Over the next seven months, Aisle3 implemented a full-funnel transformation across catalog, creative, advertising, and operations:
- Refined pricing, bundling, and variation structure to align with shopper behavior and improve conversion
- Earned Amazon Best Seller badges on two SKUs—twice—through strategic merchandising and velocity-building campaigns
- Rebuilt PDPs, A+ content, and the Storefront to better reflect brand tone and improve mobile engagement
- Launched new campaign architecture, segmented by audience and lifecycle stage, and optimized weekly based on performance
- Drove a 31.8% revenue lift in October 2024 through refreshed creative and campaign rollouts
- Enabled a 15.2% MoM revenue lift by March 2025 with promo-timed pushes and increased search visibility
- Instituted rigorous operational workflows including weekly syncs, cohort-based reviews, and dynamic dashboards

RESULTS
- 98% increase in monthly Amazon revenue
- 2x Amazon Best Seller badges earned
- 31.8% revenue lift in October from campaign relaunch
- 15.2% MoM revenue lift in March from search and promos
