With a passion for being non-toxic and good for the environment yet tough on grime, we were inspired by Cleancult’s efforts as they redefine what clean household ingredients really are. Cleancult needed to revamp their selling strategy on Amazon to become a breakeven channel and expand multipack unit sales, in addition to educating consumers on their accessible, sustainable, and cost-effective cleaning system.

HIDDEN OPPORTUNITY FOR CLEANCULT

Redefining Cleancult’s Amazon selling and advertising strategy to focus primarily on their high-profit margin items (multipack/3-pack units) so that Cleancult wasn’t losing money on single/1-pack unit sales. 

WHAT WE DID

We transitioned Cleancult’s Amazon catalog and advertising strategy to focus primarily on 3-pack units and other high-profit margin items. Over the course of the first SOAR Cycle, we reduced ad spend on 1-pack units to $0, and increased ad spend on 3-pack units. In addition, we turned off the Subscribe and Save discount on 1-pack units (that were previously running) and added a Subscribe and Save discount on 3-pack units to encourage repeat purchases and instill brand loyalty with customers.
