OUR APPROACH

Unlike other agencies, we use a methodology akin to agile software development that is rooted in data and characterized by continual optimization. Each optimization cycle lasts 3 months and begins with assessing your goals, establishing key performance metrics, and developing a roadmap for success. We call them SOAR CYCLES.

In this phase we define our objectives for the quarter, the metrics we’re going to use to determine success and a roadmap for reaching our destination. The three critical inputs to this strategy are an in-depth analysis of historical data; your category insight and experience; and our knowledge of what works best on the platform.

OPTIMIZE

Based on the objective, roadmap, and research, we methodically plan and execute the critical outputs including creative; copy; product listing structural changes; keyword mapping; and bidding protocols. Once implemented, these are continually optimized based on real-time data.

ADVERTISE

Each cycle includes an advertising plan formulated around our objectives such as driving customers to your storefront, increasing organic rankings to boost sales, building brand awareness for long-term growth, or maximizing the efficiency of existing tactics. To ensure you always know how effectively your ad dollars are being invested, we provide you with weekly status updates and performance reports.

RINSE & REPEAT

We never consider our job done, however good the metrics look. Your priorities change, the platform is in flux, and we - of course - continuously raise the bar.
